Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LumieGo mobile application ("the app"). By downloading or using LumieGo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LumieGo on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
2. Accounts
You sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account).
3. Free trial & purchases
LumieGo includes a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial, continued access to Pro features requires an auto-renewable subscription, available as $4.99 per month or $19.99 every 6 months. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple ID settings. Subscriptions are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or under Apple's refund policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or to record people without required consent;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law;
- Interfere with or disrupt the app or its supporting infrastructure.
You are solely responsible for the content you create with LumieGo and for complying with all applicable laws, including privacy and recording-consent laws in your jurisdiction.
5. Your content
You own the videos and media you create. LumieGo processes and stores your media locally on your device; we claim no ownership over it and do not access it.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumieGo and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or footage arising from your use of the app.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
